ELIGIBILITY

Who is eligible to join StandDesk’s Referral Program?

Anyone aged 18 years or older. We don’t want to leave anyone out; it’s merely for legal purposes.

Can I join the program even though I don’t have a StandDesk?

Definitely! Feel free to use any of our approved images when you share your referral link.

Does it cost me anything to join?

It’s absolutely free to join our program. There’s no charge to apply and there’s no minimum sales requirement. What’re you waiting for?

I’m not in the United States. Can I still participate?

While you’re definitely still able to join the program, we currently only ship within the United States. We’re working on getting our logistics set up to ship internationally very soon!

How do I log in to my Ambassador Portal?

In your welcome email, you should receive a link to log into the referral program that you’ve enrolled in. If you have lost this email, you can log in to the Ambassador dashboard at: https://share.standdesk.co.

How do I reset my password?

Head to the Ambassador Portal log-in page, and click the “Forgot Password” link. Enter your email, and we’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.

How do I track my Referrals?

Within the Ambassador Portal, on your Dashboard, you’ll find a unique referral link (also known as your campaign link) that is used to track your referrals. This link is located at the top of the page next to “Campaign URL.” You can also click on “Stats” to view the number of shares and clicks on your referral link as well as the number of referrals and commissions you’ve generated.

Who can I refer?

Everybody and anybody! That even includes the grumpy secretary at the office across from yours!

Where do I find my unique referral link?

Within the Ambassador Portal you’ll find a unique referral link (also known as your campaign link) that is used to track your referrals. This link is located at the top of the page next to “Campaign URL.”

How do I share my referral link?

You can choose to copy the campaign URL and share it directly through your social media accounts, emails, or even through texts!
Another convenient method is to use the share widget within the “Dashboard” section. Download the pre-prepared marketing emails, plug in your personalized referral link where indicated, and hit SEND. You do this for each of your contacts on your list, and you can add in your own personal message or styled greeting.

How do I customize my link?

1. Log in to your Ambassador Dashboard.
2. Click “Account” in the drop-down menu next to your name in the top right corner.
3. Replace the numbers in the “Username” field (right underneath the Email field) with your custom entry.
4. Click the blue “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page. Refresh the page, and you’ll see your new memorable URL right underneath your avatar.

Is there a limit to how much I can make?

There is currently no limit to the amount of money you can make! Who needs a day job when you’re a StandDesk ambassador?!

How much do I make per sale?

Our “Give and Get $30” program rewards you with $30 for every desk sale you drive, and provides a $30 discount for the person you referred. It’s a win-win!

Do I get commission from any purchase?

Commissions will only be paid out for sales of StandDesk’s height adjustable desks. Unfortunately, we can’t extend the referral program to our accessories.

What forms of payment are made?

All payouts based on the commissions you earn will be processed through PayPal. Don’t have a PayPal account? Create one here.

How do I add my PayPal email address?

1. Log in to your Ambassador Dashboard.
2. Click “Account” in the drop-down menu next to your name in the top right corner.
3. Insert your PayPal email in the section labeled “Payment Credentials”
4. Click the blue “Save Changes” button at the bottom of the page.

When can I redeem my commission?

The commission from your sales becomes available after thirty (30) days from the day the purchase was made. Any purchases that are returned within the 30 days will not receive commission.
Once commissions pass the 30 day period, you will receive notification that your commission is being processed and sent to your Paypal account!

What happens if I want to dispute an amount of revenue I’ve been paid?

For any payment disputes, contact us at hi@standdesk.co and provide all the necessary details. From there, we’ll review your message and see what we can do to get the matter resolved for you ASAP!
